# Scope and third-party notices

Effective October 17, 2026, at the owner's explicit direction, MIT applies to Mark Karasin's contributions throughout this public repository, including original code, design, artwork, documentation and data compilation. Preserve the copyright and license notice when reusing substantial portions.

This license cannot grant rights the owner does not hold. Organizer names, trademarks, quoted material, external pages and images retain their respective rights. Institutional names and marks imply no endorsement. MIT grants no trademark rights in APP Conference Runway or third-party brands. Third-party components retain their own licenses: Barlow Condensed and Source Sans 3 under SIL Open Font License; GeoNames under CC BY 4.0 with attribution; U.S. Census Bureau Gazetteer and OurAirports data under their public-domain terms. Keep bundled notices and attribution. Organizer facts and links are provided with provenance, not an assertion of ownership over organizer material.

Earlier releases that carried CC0 retain that dedication for the material and versions it covered. The current MIT release does not purport to withdraw earlier grants. Git history preserves the preceding rights statements for provenance; the current LICENSE supersedes the prior reserved-rights restriction for the owner's contributions in this release.

Purpose: public exchange of ideas, advancement of advanced practice disciplines and promotion of human health. This is an independent project; Rutgers University and RWJBarnabas Health do not endorse it. Check the organizer before relying on dates, eligibility, prices or deadlines.
